"Attractive sweetness plays off modest fruit and berry tones. With an aromatic finish. Body and bittersweet potential make it an ideal Ethiopia for espresso too."

Process Method: Wet Process (Washed)
"Abundant sweetness and balanced roast tones make Tumba a super versatile coffee. Light roasts have a delicate side too, moderately bright, with traces of spice, berries, black tea, and citrus."

Process Method: Natural
Flavors: blueberry, tropical fruit, hibiscus, honey, vanilla, yuzu
Body: medium
Acidity: medium

"Convincing sweetness and moderate acidity make it difficult to peg as decaf. A nice interplay of bitter and sweet flavors fade to notes of rustic sugars, cocoa, and a hint of apple."

By default I roast 1 lb of green coffee beans per order. For reference, this results in about 13-14oz of coffee for a medium roast, which is about the size of a standard bag of specialty coffee. If you go through a lot of coffee you can get a double order, just note that in the box with your roast level. Or if you don't drink much coffee you can do a half order the same way.
My goal is to give you the freshest coffee possible, so I recommend only ordering 2-3 weeks' worth of coffee at a time. What kind of roaster do you use?
I use a countertop air roaster.
In college my roommate decided to try roasting coffee. Armed with a flea market stovetop popcorn popper and a camp stove we smoked up our garage but succeeded in roasting coffee. I don't remember how that first batch tasted, nor do I remember doing it again, but it exposed me to the idea of home roasting.Moving back to Wimberley from a coffee-growing country where I was getting fresh-roasted coffee almost from the source, I remembered my college coffee roasting and decided to dip my toe back in. I found air roasters to be much easier to use than the stovetop model we tried back in the day. I really liked roasting small batches at home so I could try a fresh, new coffee each week. Several years later I still consider it a hobby but I enjoy sharing my coffee with people and showing that, for me at least, freshness counts for a lot when it comes to coffee.
